Where work slips
Three things cost you work every week
- The phone rings while you’re on a job
- You quote the job, then never hear back — and never chase it
- Review requests aren’t going out after every job
Fix those three and the system responds while you’re on the tools.

What you get
The customer-facing pieces work together, so a new enquiry doesn't disappear while you're driving or tied up on a job.
One monthly fee for everything below. We build it, we run it, you answer the phone.
Not a phone person? Text Jake — 0483 952 222 and you’ll see exactly what your customers get.
Five pages, your number tappable in the corner.
They leave a question and a number. It lands in your phone as a text.
Texts, website chat and Facebook messages all land in one app on your phone.
We ask every customer, not just the happy ones.
New enquiries answered while the job’s still fresh.
Automatic reminders that help bring customers back when the time is right.
Got an old customer list? We'll run a campaign to win some of them back. Priced separately.
In the workshop
Two ways the system could look in the wild.
These are clearly labelled design previews, not live client work or performance claims.
Local help, clear service areas and a simple way to book.

Service-first, suburb-ready
A mobile-first layout that puts services, areas, licence details and the next action where customers can find them.
Customer
Missed call text back
From missed call to useful context.
The first text goes out automatically. From there, you or your team can take over, see the suburb and issue, and keep the job moving.
The point
The system should keep working while you’re on the tools.
No voice bot pretending to be you. No awkward promises made on your behalf. Just a sensible first response and a clean handover.
One bloke, not an agency
You’ll deal with me, not an account manager
Jake NorthOwner, Jetty Digital
I’m Jake North. I build and run websites, missed-call texts and follow-up systems for Australian home service businesses. You deal with me, every time you ring.
I’ve worked on both sides of the fence: IT and software systems, plus construction sites, mechanic shops, air con and refrigeration jobs. That mix is why Jetty is built around how trade businesses actually operate.
Before we build anything
Fair questions
Then this is about which jobs, not how many. When enquiries come in properly you can price the ones worth doing instead of taking whatever rings. Flat out this month does not mean flat out all year. The system runs either way.
No, it's the normal starting point. We write and build it from scratch around your services and suburbs. If you have got one, we keep your domain and build alongside it.
So have we, and they're websites. This is the site plus the number, the missed call text, the follow up and the reviews, built and run. If a site is all you need, a cheaper option is a fair call.
We set it up properly: your services, your suburbs, page speed, SSL, and your Google Business Profile connected. Where you land depends on how long you've been around and who else is competing locally. We won't promise a position.
No lock in. Month to month or yearly, and you can stop at the end of any month. Your domain is registered in your name and stays with you, and your Google reviews sit on your own Google profile, so those are yours either way. The website, the business number and the automations run on our platform, so they stop when the subscription does. If you want to take the build with you there's a one off handover fee of $1,500 plus GST, and after 12 months with us that fee is waived. We'll tell you all of this before you sign, not after.
We don't sell leads and we won't promise a number. This is a foundation, not a lead source. What we build and run is the response side: the site, the text that goes out when you miss a call, the follow-up and the review requests. Most of it runs without you. There's no lock in, so if it isn't earning its keep you can stop.
